There are many ways to make a difference!
Mentoring : youth 10-18 years (flexible schedule)
It is possible to volunteer to work with one child, a small group, or present a workshop on a relevant topic to adolescents or college bound teens.
After School Program: grades 1-4 (Monday-Friday, 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.)
Y-L.E.A.D: grades 5-8 (Monday-Friday, 3 p.m. - 6p.m.)
LEAP: grades 1-8 (Saturday, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.)
Summer Program: ages 5-14, July-August (Monday-Friday, 8a.m. - 6p.m.)
Turning Point: ages 16 + up (Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 3p.m.)
"Exposure and enrichment are constant: we expand the definition of what is local through field trips to other parts of Manhattan, and we invite volunteers to contribute their unique talents and skills"
